Our Redpark Shop opens for business on February 9th. The Shop serves customers in the US and Canada.

The first product available in the Redpark Shop is a Console Cable that connects the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to console ports on Cisco networking equipment.

When ordering from our Shop, please keep the following things in mind:

• We only serve delivery addresses in Canada and in the 50 United States.

• Shipments will occur the day after your order is placed. Orders ship from a warehouse in Chicago or Los Angeles.

• We do not mark up shipping. The shipping charge presented in your shopping cart is the amount we are paying.  

• Payment may be made via credit card or PayPal.  We are not able to accept purchase orders or bank wire transfers.

• Since our offices are based in California, sales tax is charged on sales to customers in California.

• You are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days for a refund -- less a $10 per item restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refunded. Contact us for instructions prior to sending a return.
