The PoE-Powered USB-C Dock for iPad connects an iPad to gigabit ethernet, uses power over ethernet (PoE+) to charge the iPad and provides a SuperSpeed USB-C port which can be used to connect and power one of more USB devices.

A standard USB-C to USB-C cable (sold separately)  is used to connect the Dock to the iPad.
