We make use of a subsidiary of Ingram Micro to warehouse Redpark products and to fulfill orders from this ecommerce site.   Unfortunately Ingram is failing miserably this month.  They are overwhelmed by the overall order volumes that they are receiving across their customer base during the Christmas season.

Rather than wait 5 days or more for our orders to be shipped from Ingram's warehouses in Los Angeles or Philadelphia  we will be shipping orders directly from our HQ office in Emeryville, CA.  This approach is likely to remain in place through Tuesday December 20.
